While almost all Pinoys once considered Cory Aquino a saint. (She was a political virgin) Not all Pakistanis consider Benazir as one. (No sane person would consider Benazir as a political virgin!)

That's the major diff. Even Pervez knows that. I wonder why Dean Raul Pangalangan apparently missed that major difference.

Unfortunately Benazir was on a comeback trail when she was assasinated. What if Cory or a Coryesque character emerged on the scence to challenge Gloriana? What would the Pinoys make of it?

We have some trying to make a comeback. Erap and Fidel. Good God!
