Okay, we obviously have a twist on the "good cop, bad cop" routine. Abu Sayaf gets to be the "radicals" while MILF (etc) get to be the "moderates".
Now for the P64 question: Who is their Moriarty? Who gave/gives them the seed money to set up operations----and takes a cut of the monetary proceeds? Who sees to it that they get replacements for men and equipment lost?
Who does their thinking for them and plans their operations so thoroughly? Unless there is some information that I am missing, these guys seem more than a little too dense to do all this own their own. Indications are there is some form of command and staff work at play somewhere.
Find that and you may well have found the nerve center. Put it out of business and ASG should take irreversible attrition in fairly short order.
